Whilst in Barcelona this week I was able to visit the Museu Picasso which is a permanent collection highlighting the genius and talent of Pablo Picasso during his formative years and youth. It reveals his deep relationship with Barcelona and journeys through his adolescence as a classically trained artist to the more cubist and abstract work that he's best known for today. It has revealed a side to Picasso I was never aware of and has left me fascinated by his incredible vision and talent. There is also a temporary exhibition of his work at the Tate Modern in London at the moment which is definitely worth checking out.
