THE GROWN UP EDIT -Christmas Gift Guide

As we head in to December this week we're in full Christmas swing. Both Wendy and I can be fairly tricky to buy for so we start mentally planning what we'd like fairly early on to give our other halves a slight head start. Below is a compilation of some of the best gifts we've already received and loved and what we still have on our ultimate wish lists. Hope you're reading boys!

5. THE PIG IN THE FOREST Brockenhurst weekend break from £250
I recently visited this hotel for lunch and completely fell in love. The Pig hotel in the New Forest has upped the bar on the country-house hotel: gone are the stuffy uniforms, paisley carpets and mismatched furniture, in is incredible local food, a relaxed, laid-back feel and effortless grandeur. This is definitely the perfect mini break to recover from the Christmas rush.

THE GROWN UP EDIT -Christmas Gift Guide

The Berkley is one of our favourite spas in London and their day package is something dreams are made from. This is the perfect year-round treat: included is a full day’s pass to the Bamford Haybarn Spa and pool, a 25-minute back, neck and shoulder massage, an Oskia facial and a manicure or pedicure. During the afternoon, you’ll make your way from the seventh floor down to the beautiful Collins Room for a delicious afternoon tea. The ultimate gift for a lady that likes to be pampered!

2. VEJA trainers £89
These have been on both of our wish lists for a while now and they are still our favourite trainers bar none. Wendy has succumbed to a gorgeous tan suede pair but these burgundy beauties had me at hello. Working with cooperatives in Brazil since 2006, Veja is socially and environmentally conscious. The label sources fairly traded materials like cotton and rubber to create simple sneakers branded with their signature 'V' logo.

3. CLEAN RESERVE fragrance £79
These unisex fragrances have become quite a favourite of ours. We loved every one of the 10 different scents we tried and really feel they would work for anyone. All of their fragrances are both familiar and luxurious whilst remaining fresh, created for easy layering and blending. The Clean Reserve brand is also eco-friendly, with the benzoin harvested without damage to trees.

4. FLEUR OF ENGLAND muse set £190
The ultimate in luxurious lingerie Fleur Of England are at the top of their game. Also catering for ladies with a fuller bust they go up to G cup whilst maintaining ultimate sex appeal and never feeling frumpy. The fit is the best we've experienced and the quality silk an lace really stand the test of time.

5. MISSOMA mini fang choker £95
This gorgeous gold choker is the ultimate layering piece. Sitting just on the collar bone it looks gorgeous when matched with longer chains. We're hoping and praying it will be waiting under the tree for us on Christmas morning.
